Decree No. 12 of the Ministry of Public Health validating Sanitary rules and regulations “Sanitary and epidemiological requirements for public catering facilities”.
[摘要] This Decree validates Sanitary rules and regulations “Sanitary and epidemiological requirements for public catering facilities” related to nutrition, consumption of foodstuffs, transportation and storage of foodstuffs at public catering facilities. Separate water taps shall be used for supply of potable water and mopping. After food waste removal all equipment and containers shall be washed. Non-labelled food, food without accompanying food quality and food safety certification and expired food
