[摘要] This Directive lays down special standards which shall apply to the products defined in Annex I, namely jam, extra-jam and jelly. It shall not apply to products intended for the manufacture of fine bakery wares, pastries or biscuits. Only the ingredients listed in Annex II and raw materials which comply with Annex III may be used in the manufacture of the above-mentioned products.
