Decree No. 31 of the Chief State Sanitary Inspector validating sanitary regulation.
[摘要] This Decree shall be applicable to the organizations of public catering, preparation and circulability of foodstuffs and alimentary raw materials therein. Its purpose shall be to prevent infections diseases and it establishes basic hygienic and sanitary requirements for processing, handling, transport and storage of foodstuffs and alimentary raw materials. This Decree shall be applicable to all public catering organizations and to all foodstuffs and beverages, including special dietary uses. Ann
