Transmissible Spongiform Encephalopathies (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009 (S.R. No. 347 of 2009).

[摘要] These Regulations amend the Transmissible Spongiform Encephalopathies Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2008 in Schedule 2 providing rules on handling of a bovine animal body for brain stem sampling and concerning approval of TSE sampling sites by the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development. Failure to comply with those rules is an offence. It shall also be an offence to destroy a carcase to which these provisions apply, before it has been sampled.
