Law No. 98 “On state regulation of manufacturing and trade of ethyl alcohol, liquors and spirits”.

[摘要] This Law lays down legal grounds for manufacturing and trade of ethyl alcohol, liquors and spirits. The scope of this Law shall be to ensure quality and safety for consumers of the aforesaid produce. Its shall not be applicable to citizens manufacturing products containing ethyl alcohol for personal consumption, pharmaceutical drugs containing alcohol, and beverages with ethyl alcohol contents under 6 percent.
