[摘要] The present Ordinance implments the Federal Foodstuff Act of 9 October 1992. The text – consisting of 8 articles – deals with the following aspects: competent authorities, inspection of milk production industries, inspection of animals to be slaughtered and meat inspection, licences for slaughterhouses.
