[摘要] The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the enforcement of the federal legislation on slaughtering, as well as on inspection of animals and of meat. The text consists of 19 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Organization and competence (II); Fees and compensation (III); Criminal proceedings (IV); Final provisions (V).
