[摘要] This Regulation establishes the procedure for supply and use of flour produced from grain of the State Intervention Fund. The Ministry of Agrarian Policy jointly with state bodies concerned shall determine contractual arrangements with the Ministry of Economic Affairs related to monthly supply on market baking flour for food processing enterprises until 31 December of the corresponding year.
