[摘要] This Order approves the Regulation on transformation and trade of agricultural products (Programme No. 2). It consists of 20 articles and 5 annexes establishing agricultural product exploitation, in compliance with the Agricultural Programme and Rural Development, called «Programa Agro». It concerns the requirements to be satisfied in order to benefit from incentives to be issued to agricultural sector.
