Regional Act No. 8 laying down amendments and addenda to Regional Act No. 6 of 1994 regulating the gathering, cultivation, preservation and marketing of truffles.

[摘要] This Act amends and supplements some provisions contained in Regional Act No. 6 of 1994, which lays down the legislative framework relevant to the gathering, cultivation and marketing of truffles in the Umbria Region. The aim is to strengthen the protection of these particular resources. New article 1 bis envisages a special quality certification. Further amendments regard the areas in which truffles may be gathered (art. 2) and seasons (art. 10).
