Ordinance amending and supplementing the Ordinance establishing conditions of support within common organization of the market in wine.

[摘要] This Government Ordinance amends 14 points of the Ordinance establishing conditions of support within common organization of the market in wine. In particular, support to investments can only be given to the following measures: (a) investments to implement and comply with food standards and production standards; (b) purchase of premises within the manufacturing enterprise; (c) labeling of wine products and support to marketing of wine products with that protected name.
