[摘要] Procedures for the sampling of processed fish products are detailed in the text. All samples must be compared with the relative standards. If a sample unit or a batch is defective or doesn’t fulfil the prescribed requirements, it must be identified and kept apart from the remaining production. A rejected batch or unit could be resubmitted to testing. Anyway, rejected production can not be exported.
