Regional Act No. 38 making provision on the research, abstraction and exploitation of mineral and thermal waters.

[摘要] The Region hereby promotes the rational exploitation of mineral waters, spring waters and thermal waters. The present Regional Act lays down rules governing the research, abstraction and exploitation of such waters. Articles 8 to 12 concern the issue of the permit which is required to carry out research activities. Article 14 refers to the exploitation concession.
