[摘要] This Regulation sets the necessary requirements in terms of minimum quality of raw milk during the purchase process/phase, as well as the other methods of evaluation over the effective quality of raw milk after its accurate sampling (cow's raw milk; sheep's raw milk; goat's milk; raw milk of other domestic animals such as casks, donuts, buffalos).
