Decree No. 2 of the Ministry of Finance validating the Regulation on calculation and payment of water charges by the enterprises producing beverages.

[摘要] This Decree establishes the modalities of calculation and payment of water charges for industrial water use by the enterprises producing beverages, including natural mineral water, in glass or plastic bottles. The aforesaid water charges shall be applicable to water abstracted from either surface water or groundwater sources. Taxation period shall be a calendar year. The Decree contains calculation formula.
