[摘要] This Decree establishes hygienic food safety standards related to foodstuffs, food additives and shall be applicable to processing, import and internal trade thereof. Sanitary regulation shall be destined for individual entrepreneurs and legal persons, and also for state sanitary and epidemiological supervision bodies.
