Regional Law No. 285-z amending Regional Law No. 414-z “On regulation of manufacturing and trade of ethyl alcohol and spirituous liquors”.

[摘要] Article 2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Authorized regional state institution in the sphere of viticulture and enological practices shall be competent authority for issuance of permits for vending of liquors, sparkling wine (champagne) performed by the producers of agricultural commodities, registration of issued, suspended and cancelled licences”.
