Food Act (No. 18 of 2012).
[摘要] This Law, consisting of 17 Chapters, establishes the basic legislation on Food as the most essential human need and states that its fulfillment is part of human rights as guaranteed in the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. Article 3 specifies that food activities are implemented to fulfill basic human need that benefit equitably, prevalent and sustainable based on Food Sovereignty, Food Self-Sufficiency and Food Security.
