Infant Formula and Follow-on Formula (Wales) Regulations 2007 (W.S.I. No. 3573 (W. 316) of 2007).

[摘要] These Regulations give effect to Commission Directive 2006/141/EC. They prohibit marketing in Wales of infant formula and follow-on formula which contravenes or fails to comply with rules as laid down by these Regulations regarding nutritional requirements, compositional criteria, standards regarding residues, labelling and advertisement.
