Normal Farm Practices Regulation (Man. Reg. 20/2004).

[摘要] The present Regulation enacts the Farm Practices Protection Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to normal farm practices for hog operations, beef operations, dairy operations and poultry operations. When determining what constitutes a normal farm practice for an agricultural operation, the Board shall have regard to the Farm Practices Guidelines for the respective products.
