[摘要] This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development establishes model questionnaires for the preparation of quarterly and annual information on the number of carcases of: (1) beef including various categories and classes of conformation and fat (specified in Annex 1); (2) pork including different classes of leanness (specified in Annex 2).
