[摘要] This Law amends Law No. 1.283 to provide for the process of inspection of artisanal food products of animal origin. Amendments deal with the authorization to market food products produced in a traditional way, with their own traditional or regional characteristics and methods, using good agricultural and manufacturing practices, subject to the supervision of public health agencies of the States and the Federal District.
