Ministerial Decree No. 88/2008 amending article 26 of the Food Code, in compliance with Commission Directive 2007/19/EC amending Directive 2002/72/EC relating to plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with food.

[摘要] The Decree approves the Supreme Chemical Council of the State Decision by which article 26 of the Food Code, relating to plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with food, is amended as regards the text of the article and the Annexes connected thereto. The amendments, in compliance Commission Directive 2007/19/EC, are laid down with a view to adapt the current provisions of article 26 to technical progress.
