[摘要] This Decree amends the Decree made under the Commodities Act relative to packings and consumer goods so as to prohibit contravention of rules as laid down by Article 3, first and second comma, Article 4, second to sixth comma, Article 15, first, third, fourth, seventh, eighth and ninth comma, Article 17 and those made pursuant to Article 5, first comma, of Regulation (EC) 1935/2004.
