[摘要] This Republic Act No. 10536 amends Meat Inspection Code of the Philippines. In particular it amends the following Sections: SEC. 4 by inserting subsections 15 and 16; SEC. 7 on the composition of the NMIS; SEC. 9 on Regional Technical Operation Centers (RTOC); SEC. 46 on Unified Fees and Charges of the NMIS and LGUs; SEC. 47 on Meat Inspection Service Development Trust Fund (MISDTF); SEC. 56 on Fines and Penalties.
