Nutrition and Health Claims (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2010 (W.S.I. No. 1849 (W.180) of 2010).

[摘要] These Regulations amend the Nutrition and Health Claims (Wales) Regulations 2007 in the definition of “the Regulation” so that a reference to the Regulation in principal Regulations now includes any future amendments to the Annex Regulation (EC) No. 1924/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council, which consists of the list of authorised nutrition claims and conditions relating to their use.
