Ministerial Joint Decree No. 131/2005 amending article 35, Part B of the Food Code, in compliance with Commission Directive 2004/47/EC.
[摘要] This Decree approves the Decision by the Supreme Council of Chemistry by which article 35, Part B of the Food Code is amended, according to Commission Directive 2004/47/EC amending Directive 95/45/EC as regards mixed carotenes. The purity criteria concerning mixed carotenes laid down in article 35 are hereby replaced with those established in the text of the present Decree.
