Punjab Pure Food Ordinance, 1960.

[摘要] This Ordinance regulates the sale and manufacture of food. The Ordinance consists of 5 Parts divided into 38 sections. Sections 4-10 prohibit the sale of certain food, including: mixing and selling mixed food; selling, preparing, manufacturing, importing or exporting unwholesome food; selling or manufacturing for sale food which is adulterated or misbranded; etc. A licence for the manufacture, storage and sale of goods shall be granted by the competent authority as provided for in section 11.
