[摘要] This Order gives effect to Commission Decision 2006/396 concerning certain protective measures with regard to highly pathogenic avian influenza poultry from Romania. The Decision amends Decision 2005/710/EC which provides for the suspension of imports into the Community from certain parts of Romania, affected by that disease, of live poultry, ratites, farmed and wild feathered game and live birds other than poultry, including hatching eggs and certain other products of birds.
