Decree No. 158 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on mandatory safety requirements for food additives and labelling thereof.

[摘要] This Decree sets forth mandatory requirements for safety of food additives, processing and handling thereof, packaging, labelling and transportation thereof. It also establishes classification of food additives. It shall be prohibited to use food additives for concealment of poor quality alimentary raw materials and components or utilization of processes non-conforming with the established sanitary and hygienic procedures and methods.
