Common or Usual Name for Nonstandardized Foods (21 Code of Federal Regulations; Chapter I, Part 102).
[摘要] This Subpart of Title 21 of the Federal Code of Regulations concerns naming requirements for specific non-standardized foods such as bonito, fish sticks, prepacked frozen dinners, crabmeat and fish cocktails. The general rule is that the common or usual name of a food shall accurately identify or describe, in as simple and direct terms as possible, the basic nature of the food or its characterizing properties or ingredients.
