Eco Labelling Act.

[摘要] The present Act implements the Council Regulation (EC) No. 834/2007 on organic production and labelling of organic products. Article2 establishes that the Ministry for Food, Agriculture and Consumer Protection is responsible for the implementation of provisions concerning eco-labelling. The text consists of 6 articles as follows: Eco-marks (1); Empowerment (2); Penalties (3); Fines (4); Sequestration (5); Entry into force (6).
