[摘要] This Measure of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries requires producers, importers, exporters and processors of pecan nuts and/or pecan nut products to keep records and render returns to the South African Pecan Nut Producers Association (SAPPA) acting as appointed administrator.
