Regional Law No. 106-ZO “On state support of producers of organic foodstuffs”.

[摘要] This Regional Law regulates relations originating from subsidies by the regional state bodies to producers of agricultural commodities and processing enterprises engaged in organic production. Regional register of the producers of organic foodstuffs shall set up with a view of insertion and dissemination of data and information related to certified and authorized producers of organic foodstuffs.
