Specified Produce Order (Cap. 15.06)

[摘要] This Order declares products specified in the first column of the Schedule to this Order to be “specified produce” within the meaning of section 38 of the Montserrat Development Finance and Marketing Corporation Act. This means that no other person than the Corporation shall import such produce, except under licence granted by the Corporation. "Specified produce" includes wine and beer.
