[摘要] This Act sets regulations on taxation of all Danish produced horticultural products, live plants and floricultural products, fruit and vegetables. The taxation, levied as a sales and basic tax, is used to promote business economic measures in the production and marketing of fruit and vegetable products. Fess are payable on two installments in the period between 31 May and 30 November.
