[摘要] This Act aims to provide consumers healthy and high quality food, protecting them from fraud in connection with marketing and promoting healthy diets which contribute to ensuring food producers and traders fairness in Danish export. It applies to Food and composition, marketing and labeling of food, Primary production of food, operations of companies, diet and nutrition, authorities and control.
