Commission Decision 2004/38/EC laying down special conditions governing imports of fishery products from Egypt.

[摘要] This Decision lays down the requirements to be met by fishery products imported from Egypt. Each consignment shall be accompanied by a health certificate in accordance with the model set out in Annex I. The fishery products shall come from approved establishments, factory vessels, or cold stores, or from registered freezer vessels listed in Annex II. Moreover, article 5 concerns packaging requirements.
