Consumer Packaging and Labelling Act (R.S.C. 1985, c. C-38).
[摘要] The purpose of the present Act is to lay down provisions relating to the packaging, labelling, sale, importation and advertising of prepackaged and certain other products. The Act requires that prepackaged consumer products bear accurate and meaningful labelling information to help consumers make informed purchasing decisions.
