[摘要] This Regulation prescribes conditions and criteria for classification and grading of beef carcasses at slaughtering, methods and procedures of classification, grading and marking of meat, fixed marks, the conditions to be met by persons who perform the procedure of classification and evaluation and supervision of these affairs.
