Food Act 1998 (Act No. 1 of 1998).
[摘要] An Act to provide for various matters relative to control of food safety and hygiene. "Food" is defined in section 2. Section 3 provides for designation by the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Health Quality of Life of qualified public officers to be authorized officers for the purpose of ensuring compliance with this Act. Powers of those officers are defined in section 4. Section 5 concerns the determination of fitness of food and measures if food is considered unfit for human consumption
