Fish and Fish Products (Health Checks) Regulations, 2005 (L.N. No. 19 of 2005).
[摘要] These Regulations set up a system of internal critical point control for fish and fish product producing establishments. These checks shall be carried out in accordance with the general principles that are set out in the Schedule to these Regulations. The Regulations are necessary for the Competent Authority as defined by the Fish and Fish Products (Marketing) Regulations 2005 to retain its EU accreditation. The Regulations set out rules for the identification and monitoring of critical points,
