[摘要] This Law establishes mandatory information to be shown for the use of pesticides in food products marketed within this state of Paraiba. It specifies that labelling must contain information related to their natural forms of presentation, partially processed or industrialized food. This Law adopts the definition of pesticides established in item "I" of art. 20 of Law No. 9.007 of 30 December 2009.
