Joint Decree No. 3 of 2004 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Water Management amending Joint Decree No. 2 of 2000 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Water Management setting out certain rules of proceeding during production, marketing and labelling of agricultural products and foodstuffs according to the requirements of organic production.

[摘要] This Decree prescribes that the use of non organic seeds and planting materials is allowable, exclusively upon prior approval of the certifying body, in case of lack of organic ones on the market.
