[摘要] This Decree-Law is composed of 13 articles divided in two Chapters. It implements EC Regulations No. 852/2004 and No. 853/2004 ruling on foodstuff hygiene and on sanitary requirements for food of animal origin. In particular, the Decree-Law defines the competent national authorities and indicates the national codes for good practices. Finally, it regulates sanctions.
