Regulation No 48 of the Minister of Economic Affairs concerning Predefined permissible nominal quantities of prepackages and the requirements for the markings.

[摘要] This Regulation shall be applicable to packaging and labelling of liquid and solid foodstuffs. The identification of prepackages with predefined nominal quantity is the use of an e-shape in the marking of the nominal quantity of the prepackage. The predefined nominal quantity of the product containing in the prepackage may be from 5 ml to 10 l (included) or from 5 g to 10 kg (included) and may possess values listed in Tables 1 to 4.
