[摘要] The present Ministerial Decree establishes the mechanism of the state regulation of the manufacturing and storage of all types of ethyl alcohol for alimentary purposes, liquors and tobaccos. Licences for carrying out the aforesaid activities shall be issued to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs by the Ministry of Agriculture.
