Delegated Decree No. 20 amending article 8 of Decree No. 32 of 2005 on food hygiene.

[摘要] This Decree replaces the text in article 8 of Decree No. 32 of 2005 on food hygiene, which regards the cases in which the required health authroization shall not be granted or shall be revoked, as well as the fines to be applied in case of infringement.
