Fisheries Management (Processing and Export) Regulations 2008.

[摘要] These Regulations, made by the Minister OF Agriculture and Food, Forests and Fisheries under section 101 of the Fisheries Management Act 2002, prescribe rules and standards for the exportation of fishery products. A licence holder shall ensure, for the purposes of processing and export, compliance with the food safety standards provisions of the Public Health Act and any other law in Tonga.
