Regulations governing general hygiene requirements for food premises and the transport of food (No. R. 364 of 2015).
[摘要] These Regulations, made by the Minister of Health under section 15 of the Foodstuffs, Cosmetics and Disinfectants Act, 1972, prohibit the handling of food or permit food to be handled: (a) on food premises in respect of which a valid certificate of acceptability (CoA) has not been issued or is not in force; (b) in contravention of any restriction or condition or stipulation contained in such certificate of acceptability.
